Quickly got to the bottom of my problem linking a printer and sorted a few updates to windows 11 and just genuin and nice guy to talk to. Would recommend to family and friends and also anyone else who asks if I know a wizz on computers.

The company is so understanding with disabilities/mental health, they will go through everything using simple language that you can actually understand.
Throughout the process, they are here for you and will even set everything up for you.
They've gotten back to me late hours on the weekend and early on a Sunday.
I'm not very good with tech and they've made feel like I can.
